1. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout based on the delivery details provided with your order.

2. Order Processing

Once an order has been successfully placed, we will process it in the order received. Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within approximately 3 working days.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is usually within 7-10 working days after the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, logistics arrangements, customs processing, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Delivery Address

When placing an order, please provide an accurate delivery address and contact telephone number to ensure successful delivery.

5. Delivery Inspection

Upon delivery, please inspect the parcel and goods as soon as possible. Please check whether:

- the outer packaging is intact;

- the quantity of goods matches your order;

- the goods appear complete and undamaged.

If the external packaging is visibly damaged or opened, you may refuse delivery where appropriate.

6. Signature and Receipt

If you are unable to receive the parcel personally, another person at the delivery address may sign for it on your behalf. Delivery to the address provided in the order and acceptance by any person present at that address may be treated as successful delivery.

7. Undeliverable Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect information, the parcel may be held by the logistics provider for a limited period. If we are notified of such an issue, we may contact you by email. If no response is received within a reasonable time, the order may be returned and, where applicable, refunded.
